Help Getting Pregnant – 5 Top Tips On Getting Pregnant Fast

Do you need help getting pregnant? Advice is always easy to give; no matter if you are trying to get pregnant or you just want to find out how to boost your fertility. But, the real question is, do you know how your body works?

Each woman’s period of natural fertility is different, but in general it is about forty eight hours before ovulation and during the time she ovulates or releases her egg. Unfortunately the menstrual cycle is governed by the endocrinal system and hormones can be adversely affected by stress.

Stress can cause anovulation a condition which means that the ovaries do not produce an oocyte, and an oocyte is an immature female reproductive cell which will in time become an egg. Chronic anovulation leads to infertility.

Tip number 1 on getting pregnant fast – Positive Mental Attitude:

The first and most important tip to getting pregnant fast when you are having fertility issues is to remain positive. Too many couples are told that they can never have a baby; it is true in some cases, that infertility is a fact of life. However if you are your partner have a reproductive system that works then you can conceive a child.

Be careful what you wish for try not to have a negative attitude because you can convince your subconscious that you do not want a child. Any thoughts that you may never have a child of your own should be erased permanently from your brain.

Tip number 2 on getting pregnant fast – Be Aware of Your Body:

Become attuned your body and its natural cycle. Make sure that you know when you are ovulating because having sexual intercourse for a few days before ovulation and during ovulation will increase your chance of getting pregnant. Keep daily journals reporting how you feel so that you can become more attuned with your body.

Tip number 3 on getting pregnant fast – Watch Your Weight:

Make sure that both you and your partner are physically fit and the correct weight. You minimize your chances of getting pregnant if you are either obese or underweight. It is estimated that about twelve percent of fertility problems in women and men that have working reproductive parts is due to weight issues.

Try and remember that it is not just the female that has to be the correct weight. Obese men have a lower sperm count and they also are more likely to have a motility issue which makes their sperm sluggish and slow. Obesity means there is an extra layer of fat around the testicles which has the effect of raising body temperature. Even a miniscule increase in body temperature can mean that less sperm are produced. Excessive exercise can also increase the temperature of the testicles.

Tip number 4 on getting pregnant fast – Stop Smoking and Drinking:

Smoking tobacco has been linked to a lower sperm count and slower motility. Some medical studies have linked long term smoking of marijuana to abnormally developed sperm and a reduced sperm count. Excessive drinking also affects the production of healthy sperm.

Tip number 5 on getting pregnant fast – Investigate Different Sex Positions:

The missionary position with the male on top is regarded by some doctors as the most satisfactory position to get pregnant. It is physically possible to get pregnant in any position and there are no clinical studies about positions, however, it is widely accepted that those who have difficulty conceiving are more likely to get pregnant when they optimise the shortest route for the sperm to travel .

How to Maintain Balance Whilst Trying to Conceive

Trying to Conceive and Your Emotions

It is easy to lose focus of every other aspect of life when trying to have a baby. For many people ‘baby-making’ becomes the sole driver of their lives obscuring everything else (sometimes even the most important part of it all: the relationship). In this area of your life, as in any other area balance is paramount and by narrowing your life view in a make or break type of way whilst you wait for a positive pregnancy test can make you very unhappy indeed.

This is why it is important to continue to honour all other aspects of your life, whilst doing everything you can in order to implement all the health promoting activities discussed in The Natural Fertility Solution Take-Home Program. This may seem like an oxymoron at first, but it is nothing less than good sense.

We know that what we focus on expands. So it makes good sense to take positive steps towards improving your health and fertility – however it is important you do not allow it to become a burden or a chore by neglecting other sides to your being. Obviously due to your commitment in boosting your health and fertility specific activities you engage in may change, however the outcome can still be the same if you are clear about your needs and your desired effects.

There are seven primary areas of life fulfillment: spiritual, mental, vocational, financial, social, familial and physical. Any area that is not valued, honored, and more fully developed automatically becomes the weak or missing link in your fulfillment, therefore, by focusing solely and completely on only 1 or 2 areas of life at any given time fulfillment is literally driven away.

Think about this whilst on your fertility journey and become conscious about where and how you direct your energy, focus and attention, however most importantly ensure they are evenly spread. Because when you focus positively with an open heart and mind, but with no expectations you release any internal conflict and negatively which in turn helps you to more likely create the outcomes you desire. Remember this, God (or the Universe) has plans for each one of us that are more marvelous, wonderful and surprising than we could ever imagine. If we don’t yet have what we believe we should, it is simply because there is something even better in store for. We just cannot quite grasp it yet due to the limited view and understanding of our infinite potential. Trust and believe – do your part and the heavens will come to you aid, you just need to be open and ready to receive it.

This brings me to another very important concept for best results. If you want to speed the process of for yourself, the best way to do so is to be truly grateful – from the core of your being. Think about and write about all the things in your life you are grateful for. All the blessings you have and forget about lack. Do not even think about the things you do not have only think about and be thankful for your blessings. This will transform your life for the better and you can use the techniques I teach to potentiate the process.

Enjoy the journey, feel it, live it and above all be happy, you are so lucky, you already have so much! When you take this approach you reduce physiological stress and this has a positive impact on your fertility and overall wellbeing. Make the decision to start being happier today, you deserve it!

Trying to Conceive – Handle the Highs and Lows

October 11, 2009 By Ingrid

Trying to Conceive and Your Emotions

Trying to conceive is a time filled with many highs and lows. This is true especially if pregnancy doesn’t happen right away. What emotions can you expect from the tying to conceive roller coaster? How do you deal with these emotions? I have had every conceivable emotion related to trying to conceive and can give you a heads up on what to expect and some ideas to help the ride go a little smoother.

Deciding to start a family is an exciting time. You and your husband are joyful with the idea of becoming pregnant and having a little baby in the next nine months. If you decide to let your family know you are trying to conceive, the excitement builds even more. People start giving you advice, you start to plan the baby’s room, and start to come up with possible names.

Many women think it will happen right away and they won’t be one of the women who has problems getting pregnant. Most women don’t know that a healthy, young, fertile couple has only a 20% chance of getting pregnant each month.

Shame, confusion, anger, sadness, and failure are some of the emotions a woman might experience when she does not have success right away. If you are feeling this now, don’t give up. Keep reading. I have a few ideas that might help you.

Often, women who have difficulty conceiving feel like they are the only one to go through this. Just do an internet search on “difficulty conceiving” and you’ll see just how many women are going through this at the same time as you. There are many “trying to conceive” forums that help you to connect to other women who are in the same situation. Having a support group gives you the opportunity to share with others, cry with others, complain when you have a bad day, and celebrate successes.

When a woman goes to an OB/GYN, she may not get the answers she is looking for. Unfortunately, many doctors that women first visit are not able to pursue more aggressive treatments. Our outlook had gone downhill after 7 months of trying Clomid without any success. Recently, we decided to see a specialist and our excitement returned. The knowledge that all of our tests have come back with good results helps us to be optimistic about our chances of getting pregnant. Sometimes, you will have to take the chance of spending more money to see a specialist.

Bible studies on infertility can help you relate to other women who had difficulties getting pregnant and help you to turn to God with your frustrations. There are many infertility related bible studies available. You may also find women at your church who have gone through the same thing you are going through. Turn to others to help you deal with your pain.

Whatever you are feeling right now, know that there are others who are going through something similar to you. You are not the only one. Having hope that you will someday be a parent may be the thing that keeps you going and helps you to achieve your dreams of having a baby. Good luck!
